C Enter of Learning for Long -term Residency (CLLR) was established in April 2023 by HIRO Gakuen Educational Corporation.

With the desire to do something about the reality that more than 80% of students who graduate from the high school division of Brazilian schools in Japan end up working in Japan as non-regular workers, we started as a new educational institution for young people that combines Japanese language education with career education.

We have been designated as part of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' "Project to Promote the Creation of a Comprehensive System for Regional Japanese Language Education" and Gifu Prefecture's "Project to Build an Integrated System Model from Japanese Language Education to Employment and Settlement," and we are creating curricula and implementing classroom activities suitable for young foreign residents.
