Practical Conversation
In order to be able to express what you want to say clearly, you will improve your communication skills by discussing the news and engaging in conversations on various topics.

Comprehensive Japanese
Students will study based on "Task-Based Japanese (Intermediate)" and improve their four skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking in a balanced manner. There will also be a presentation exam at the end of the semester.

Japan Affairs
You will learn about Japanese geography and history and deepen your understanding of Japanese society. You will also gain knowledge that will be useful in your daily life, making learning Japanese even more enjoyable.

Japanese notation
Students will study kanji that are appropriate for their level independently. If they have any questions about the differences in meaning or usage, they can ask the teacher and have them resolved on the spot, which will help them to speed up their learning.

Career Design
Students will explore themselves through a variety of fieldwork, such as interacting with students at nearby universities, visiting companies for work experience, and participating in local festivals.

VOICES

Writing in Japanese was tough, but I worked hard to change myself! I think I was able to continue until the end because my classmates were there, which made me feel like I had to do it too.

When I was in high school, I was interested in many things, but I didn't know how to pursue them, so I joined CLLR. Now I can help not only myself but also my friends.

When I attended a cooking class event, I was very happy to see that Japanese people loved pastels and also learned the stories behind them. I was shy about communicating in Japanese, but they were very patient with me.
